We really loved Montclaire. The house is perfect for a family of 5 and is really well equipped, we used the bikes almost every day! The kids loved the pool by day and after dinner. Shane was superb and spend several hours out on the boat with us making sure we were comfortable driving it. Thank you and Shane so much for the excellent communication and making our stay comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise getting to the home to find a few necessities already there! I personally liked having someone check in with us to make sure all was well the next morning, excellent touch! The home was perfectly located near the river access to the gulf, literally minutes. “We want to thank your team and the house owner for sharing Montclaire with us.  Our stay was nothing short of amazing.  The House was spacious, extremely clean, and could not be better located.  We truly appreciated having use the boat and shout out to Shane for taking the time to show us the ropes.  We have stayed in Cape Coral the last few years, but this particular stay was a memorable experience.  Your team goes out of their way to make sure we are welcomed, relaxed and ready for a vacation.  The attention to detail was second to none.. from inquiry to booking and then through our stay.  The special touches of breakfast items in the fridge, a beach bag with snacks, and a chilled bottle of wine– after a long day of travel, you have no idea how much that really means!  Thank you.  We took full advantage of the “notes of interest” in the area and visited the Boat House and Lobster Lady among others…  We visited several beaches by boat and one day had dolphins play boat side with us for 20 minutes inside one of the canals- a real treat.  Thank you for all you do!” Kruel family Dec 2021
