• We work directly with owners who want to rent out their private holiday homes in Florida. Most of the villas are British-owned so we have teams in the UK and in Cape Coral.
• If you booked through Osprey Villas before 2018, you will already know the Waterside Villas team! You’ll also know that you get the best of both worlds. You have the protection of booking with a UK agency (Maureen and Ann) who can offer personal insights into all our luxury villas and Shane is on hand if you need help or advice while you are in Florida. Our ethos is to work as a team with our villa owners to give you a fabulous holiday.
• Book your Florida villa with a private pool, directly through our small dedicated team of professionals. British and European guests usually book though our UK office but we also have an office in Cape Coral to look after our US and Canadian guests. However you book, we are sure that you will love the luxury of our villas with boats! 
• We have over 20 years’ experience and, during that time, we have built our business with the help of our many valued guests. We feel proud when we see them return year after year and recommend us to their friends and families.

UK Office

• Our UK office is manned by fully qualified and experienced personnel with over 30 years in the travel industry. We accept payment in Sterling and we are also TTA members. This means that you can relax, knowing your holiday is fully financially protected.  We also operate a Travel Trust Fund so that your monies are protected to ensure your complete peace of mind. US Office

• Our highly experienced US office team comprises Shane and Lisa. Shane is our highly experienced boat captain with over 20 years in the industry and his wife, Lisa a professional photographer whose creative flair and attention to detail are clearly reflected in our lovely homes.
• We are members of the Florida Better Business Bureau and also licensed Florida realtors who can offer you a personal and helpful service for Property Purchase and Property Management of your holiday home within our programme
