This beautiful house is wonderfully situated on the water with a lovely waterway view.

This villa has been completely refurbished in 2021

There are 3 bedrooms, each with Kingsize bed. One of these bedrooms has a separate area where there is also Queen size sleeper sofa, so the home is suitable for up to 8 persons.

There are 2 bathrooms with control shower temperature and a newly remodelled kitchen.

Spacious comfortable lounge with TV and attractive rustic fireplace.

For some family fun this home provides a shuffleboard table!

Good internet service.

There is a lovely heated salt pool with hot tub and a new pool deck with poolside recliners.

From the pool and deck there is a wonderful view of the confluence of the Rubican and Biarritz Canals.

We even provide a couple of bikes and fishing rods for your use!

It takes about 20 minutes by boat to river along the Everest Canal, passing under a bridge and coming out to the river close to the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. From there you can travel by boat to the South of Cape Coral, the Marinas and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

The Del Prado Blvd is only a few minutes away and there you will find many different shops and restaurants. The Coralwood Mall and the Coral Pointe shopping center are only 5 minutes away by car.

There is also an excellent NauticStar boat with Yamaha engine docked at the villa for your use if required.

We had a great holiday at La Casita Emilio. We love the area. Thank you very much for the wine and tea bags and milk and bits, very welcome indeed when you have had a long day travelling.

The delightful positive and welcoming attitude of residents and business operatives in the neighbourhood really is refreshing and a fundamental part of the holiday.

Over the last few years we have learned that the weather is always better than the forecast for CC and even in late July/early August we have been pleasantly surprised with the amount of sun.

“We enjoyed every minute of our stay at La Casita Emilio. It’s a beautiful property and the boat made it just perfect. We particularly liked the layout with one bedroom on the one side of the living area, and two on the other. It was ideal when my daughter and her husband came for the weekend as we all had plenty of personal space opening onto the pool. It suited us perfectly.

The welcome pack was thoughtful and much appreciated, the house is well appointed and had everything we needed, beds are comfortable, the pool is great, BBQ much enjoyed, the boat super, the supermarket and restaurants nearby were very handy.
