Bimini Basin Project-Coming Fall 2025

Bimini Square is located on the waterfront near Four Freedoms Park in downtown Cape Coral, it will offer dining, shopping, community events, and more.

Slipaway Food Truck & Marina-Coming Spring 2025

Slipaway Marina will be located at the foot of the Cape Coral Bridge. It will feature 10 food trucks, 30 boat slips, a center bar with 154 seats, and will provide entertainment for the whole family.

Cape Coral Yacht Club

Cape Coral is moving forward with plan for the new Cape Coral Yacht Club. You can view the recent rendering below. We do not have an estimated date of completion at this time but we will keep you updated.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend the boat rental. We found a beautiful private spot on the beach, enjoyed evenings in the pool, and a clean comfortable place to call home for the week. Not one complaint. Everything was seamless from the booking, arrival, our stay and checkout. We will return.

“Just returned from a magnificent week at Pelican Bay. Travelled from the UK with my husband and two teenage girls. After a week in Disney, this was a welcome retreat for 7 nights. The villa is absolutely gorgeous with modern furniture and appliances.  The girls loved the pool whilst my husband loved the boat! Shane was brilliant, nothing seems too much trouble and he’s a fountain of knowledge on the local area.  We visited Cabbage Island on his advice where we had a lovely lunch in the Dollar Room at the Inn. Rum Runners, Pinchers and The Boathouse Tiki Hut are worth a visit too. All easy to moor at. There’s a few local supermarkets where we had fun purchasing some lovely American treats.  Always nice to see and try different things.  We enjoyed evening meals at Fords Garage, Point 57 and Oxbow Bar & Grill. This was our second visit to Cape Coral and it won’t be our last.  Ann at Waterside Villas is a pleasure to deal with and we are looking forward to confirming our return next year.

“We had an absolutely fantastic time and Villa at Baypoint was perfect – it was 1st class and would definitely recommend and book again. It was the perfect holiday for our 3 boys as they loved the boat (of course !) and the added bonus of the use of bikes was brilliant. The staff in America were excellent. “THE BOAT…

You will get a detailed instruction for using the boat where you are taken our by a local captain and shown how to refuel, how to follow the channel markers and even the best places to head for. Once you’ve had this session you will realize skippering a boat on your own is nowhere near as daunting as it first appears. There is great fishing to be had and you will have a fantastic time…

“Thank you so much, the villa was wonderful (not a word I use lightly) it was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and so comfortable. The pool was perfect and to be honest we wanted for nothing.
This holiday I really didn’t want to go home!

The Boat was great fun and we went out on it most days and although never managed to spot an elusive manatee we saw dolphins every day and the ospreys were very impressive and I fell in love with the pelicans.

Shane was great, he was very patient with us on our boat lesson and never made us feel as stupid as I am sure we were (being complete novices in the boating world!) Overall the best holiday we have had for many years and definitely will be looking to book with you again soon so please keep in touch with any news or offers you may have.
